Serve as the primary phone and digital contact for customers: answer inbound calls/emails, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up leads and no-shows, promote incentives, track all interactions in the CRM, and support sales and service teams in a fast-paced dealership.

Greet customers and route them appropriately, operate a multi-line phone system, take detailed messages, record customer data in tracking systems, perform basic word processing and office tasks, prepare weekly reports, and maintain a professional workspace.

Sell Audi vehicles using a consultative, white-glove approach for luxury clientele. Qualify customer needs, deliver presentations and test drives, close sales, use advanced sales systems, track market trends, meet sales targets, and represent the brand at events.
