Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
- Handle our customer contacts through leads, service, follow-up and lead generations.
- Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
- Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
- Schedule sales/service appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
- Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
- Follow up in manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
- Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
- Interacting with customers as well as with all dealership departments.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center role (preferred)
- Automotive industry or dealership experience (a plus but not always required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and phone systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with sales goals and performance metrics
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and follow-up is essential
