Build brand loyalty, educate customers on RH interior design services, manage priorities, and use company systems to drive results while working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Develop, validate, and maintain CNC programs, machine setups, fixtures, and tooling for wood operations. Lead continuous improvement to boost quality and productivity, coordinate design-to-production handoffs, document setups and tooling, troubleshoot CNC and operator issues, and implement stable, repeatable machining solutions.

Provide luxury, consultative sales and client service in an RH Gallery. Qualify and educate clients on RH Interior Design services, manage the client experience from first contact through delivery, grow client relationships, meet fiscal goals, support visual and quality standards, and represent the RH brand.

Represent RH to grow the residential trade business by qualifying and educating design clientele, conducting consultations and site visits, coordinating installations, providing product expertise and elevated service, and maintaining gallery visual and quality standards.

Serve RH Trade clients by delivering luxury, consultative service to grow the trade business. Qualify and support designers through consultations, gallery tours, site visits, project coordination, and cross-functional communication to meet fiscal goals.

Coordinate and implement processes to optimize Customer Delight Center operations; provide high-level support to associates, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, manage budgets and vendor invoices, and recommend and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic hospitality, commercial, and residential customers: quoting, order and fulfillment planning, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, forecasting, CRM logging, and post-delivery closeout to drive successful, on-time project delivery.
