Leads UWallet’s sales and partnerships strategy, team, pipeline, revenue targets, merchant growth, and strategic partner lifecycle. Responsibilities include market analysis, prospecting, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, account management, forecasting, performance reporting, and cross-functional commercial initiative delivery. Requires strong leadership, commercial judgment, negotiation, stakeholder management, and knowledge of sales planning, partnerships, payment ecosystems, and regulatory requirements.

Administers and supports Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM applications, including configuration, reporting, integrations, security, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and quarterly updates. Supports OIC integrations and document management systems, analyzes incidents, performs root-cause analysis, manages documentation and vendors, and provides user guidance. Requires hands-on knowledge of financial, procurement, inventory, order management, reporting, APIs, data loaders, application security, and enterprise application support.

Designs and maintains ETL pipelines, data models, dashboards, and analytics processes for large datasets. Develops statistical models, complex metrics, and data products; analyzes trends and relationships; and communicates insights through visualizations. Builds, deploys, monitors, and maintains machine learning and GenAI pipelines. Ensures data governance, quality, privacy, security, documentation, and performance across data architecture and management systems.

Leads product and marketing strategy for UWallet, develops new financial services, monitors market intelligence and OKRs, oversees product positioning, public relations, partnerships, regulatory alignment, budgeting, and team performance. The role coordinates cross-functional execution, manages product and marketing leaders, develops employees, and ensures strategic initiatives strengthen the company’s fintech market position.

Monitor network stability and availability around the clock, manage faults and incidents, configure wireless networks, open and track vendor tickets, produce outage and performance reports, validate change requests, and support help desk operations. Provide technical guidance to NOC colleagues and coordinate with operators, public security personnel, and internal teams. Participate in shift-based coverage and an emergency on-call rotation.
