Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and maintain Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules according to business requirements
- Configure, support, and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Lease Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
- Configure, support, and maintain Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Supply Chain Execution including Inventory and Receiving, and Order Management.
- Provide end-to-end functional support for record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, receiving, and related approval processes.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, configurations, reports, integrations, test scenarios, deployment plans, and support documentation.
- Perform technical analysis using SQL, application diagnostics, audit information, interface logs, ESS process outputs, and Oracle support resources.
- Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models, templates, OTBI analyses, dashboards, extracts, and scheduled outputs.
- Support application setups including enterprise structures, ledgers, business units, reference data, flexfields, value sets, lookups, approval rules, and accounting-related configurations.
- Manage application security, job roles, duty roles, privileges, data roles, data access, and segregation-of-duties controls in coordination with Information Security and business owners.
- Support data loading and migration using FBDI, ADFdi, spreadsheets, APIs, and other approved Oracle methods; reconcile results and resolve validation/interface errors.
- Participate in OIC integration work, including requirement analysis, connection setup, mappings, orchestration support, schedules, monitoring, error handling, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion and banking, finance, procurement, inventory, document management, and other enterprise systems.
- Administer and support the Document Management System, including document capture/import, classification, indexing, archiving, retrieval, workflows, permissions, integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Plan and execute regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates, new features, fixes, configuration changes, and integrations before production deployment.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests; perform root-cause analysis, maintain evidence, communicate status, and meet agreed service levels.
- Maintain functional and technical documentation, configuration registers, integration specifications, test evidence, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Coordinate with Oracle and implementation/support vendors, raise and follow up service requests, validate proposed solutions, and ensure controlled implementation.
- Identify process improvement, automation, reporting, data quality, security, and user-experience opportunities across Finance, SCM, OIC, and document management services.
- Provide user guidance and knowledge transfer to business users and Enterprise Applications team members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
Level of Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in enterprise applications, including hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and/or Finance. Experience should include a combination of functional support, configuration, reporting, integrations, testing, and technical troubleshooting.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Essential
- Functional understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, cash management, fixed assets, inventory, receiving, and order management processes.
- Ability to configure and support Oracle Fusion setups, approval workflows, reference data, flexfields, value sets, lookups, scheduled processes, and application security.
- Ability to analyze incidents, identify root causes, validate data, and coordinate fixes across functional and technical teams.
- Working knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher data models and templates, OTBI analyses, and scheduled reports.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, spreadsheet loaders, and interface error handling.
- Understanding of roles, privileges, data access, segregation of duties, audit controls, and change management.
- Clear documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on with OIC and the Document Management System.
Tools & Systems
Essential
- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Financials, SCM, and Procurement.
- SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Microsoft Excel.
- REST/SOAP APIs and file-based data exchange.
Desirable
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Document Management System experience, preferably DocuWare or an equivalent enterprise platform.
- Oracle Visual Builder / Redwood extension exposure.
