Lead and supervise technical support staff as the main IS contact for executive leadership. Maintain procedures and documentation, manage executive boardroom and collaboration/AV systems, assist with video conferencing, communicate and escalate issues, ensure backup equipment availability, and perform other assigned duties.

Transports patients, laboratory specimens, equipment and supplies between hospital locations. Supports lab operations by processing, preparing, and sorting specimens, answering phones, and maintaining infection control and patient safety. Must follow procedures, communicate with staff, and hold Basic Life Support certification.

Provide strategic counsel and execute internal and external communications: develop and author materials, interview internal resources, schedule and release media communications, track media results, support strategic messaging with leadership, and perform related duties.

Develop and execute major gift strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors (portfolio of 150–200), securing multi-year gifts of $10K+ and collaborating with physicians and the development team to grow fundraising and grateful patient programs.

Support corporate strategy and development by performing financial and valuation analyses across the full M&A lifecycle. Build and stress-test complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models), support due diligence, review transaction documents with legal partners, prepare stakeholder deliverables, and assist with transition and integration planning for acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, and growth initiatives.

Coordinate and lead the ASHP pharmacy residency program: manage residency advisory committee, oversee resident progression and documentation, develop and evaluate preceptors, implement continuous program improvement, and precept students/residents.

Support attorneys on employment-based immigration matters by preparing and filing petitions (H-1B, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, naturalization), tracking case status and deadlines, managing case files and public access files, coordinating with HR and external counsel, responding to RFEs/audits, and advising clients on processes and documentation.

Provides regional leadership for supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, automation initiatives, policy administration, HR and succession planning, financial improvement plans, and cross-department collaboration to align operations with system strategies and improve service.
