Provides regional leadership and oversight of system wide supply related logistics and inventory management strategies. Utilizes metrics and organization vision to lead the relevant system priorities and operational objectives in their assigned region to ensure a consistent and optimal approach to supply chain operations within the various care settings. Ensures deployment of innovative and effective inventory management strategies that seamlessly work through an interwoven approach with market leaders to support the needs of our caregivers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direction, consultation and support for all supply chain operations functions for the assigned region.
- Provides interpretation and administration of policies for their team.
- Acts as supply chain operations liaison with various departments and groups. Attends monthly updates and weekly Tier Huddles with regional leaders.
- Facilitates and acts on operations objectives that are aligned with organizational goals and ensures the supply chain team provides premier customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Develops, administers, aligns and monitors regional supply chain operations tactics, ensuring the regional performance supports the system strategies that fulfill the community needs for quality health care.
- Ensures development, implementation and standardization of leading practice supply chain operation processes in logistics, warehousing, distribution and inventory management across their assigned region. Oversees development of systems and processes to continually improve operational performance.
- Creates and maintains an environment to encourage improvement of the quality and scope of supply chain operations service to all internal and external customers across the organization.
- Oversees human resource management for the assigned area creating a culture of employee engagement. Ensures Human Resource policies are administered consistently across function. Organizes departmental areas through appropriate structure and delegation of functions. Identifies succession planning needs.
- Directs and monitors supply chain automation innovations and collaborates will executive and clinical leaders to ensure all aspects of supply chain operations are well developed and maintained to ensure superior customer experience.
- Develops and implements financial improvement plans to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
- Directs the resolution of supply chain issues related to all integration and consolidation functions within their assigned region in conjunction with their peers and the Vice President, Supply Chain Operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree

- Ten years' experience, with five years' in leadership
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
