Provide CA APM monitoring solutions and support for mission-critical applications: install/configure CA Wily Introscope, develop custom end-to-end monitoring (agents, automation, alerting, dashboards, reports), perform application performance analysis, and collaborate with development and production teams to improve availability and reliability.

Provide day-to-day production support for the Sungard (FIS) EXP AG workflow application: ensure system stability, respond to system alerts, troubleshoot desktop and process incidents, work with end users, and participate in an off-hours on-call rotation.

Revise and prepare drawings of basic electrical components from verbal or written instructions or sketches; plot drawings; follow company and client drafting standards and procedures; learn discipline practices and CAD routines.
