Job Description

Marketing Campaign Manager.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Relationship Marketing overseeing advisor-led and branch promotional events. The position involves campaign coordination and execution activities for two programs within Individual Advisory Services. The ideal candidate for this position will have an understanding of financial services marketing, the function and value of individual marketing tactics, and how to execute marketing initiatives to meet client and business objectives.

Events

The individual will be responsible for executing the IAS event strategy which includes supporting the marketing manager in all marketing assigned activities associated with office and branch events, including client list and selection oversight, project management coordination and invitations, and deploy invitations via a registration system. The individual will serve as liaison with all appropriate business partners and COEs and facilitate all compliance-related duties associated with delivering an exemplary client event experience.

Branch Promotions

IAS growth strategy requires a strong local presence in many underserved markets nationally. New branch and office openings – large, mid-tier and executive office suites require appropriate promotion. The individual will handle all branch office promotions, in postcard format, associated with IAS and advisor locations. Duties include coordination of large client lists, maintain ongoing calendar and project plan for each promotion, manage print and postage vendor activities, work closely with business partners (Customer Insights) to submit data file requirements (CRD) and develop automated client identification and selection criteria for each branch promotion.

Each program requires significant metric reporting and analytics to gauge the results and effectiveness of each activity within the programs. This individual would be responsible for overseeing this function for both programs.
