Process and validate cyclical and off-cycle payroll using the client payroll system, coordinate with vendors and time systems, manage payroll calendar, resolve payroll queries, support SOX/internal audits, and ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery while maintaining controls and high customer service.

Perform order entry and supply tasks while supporting core accounting functions: billing, bookkeeping, monthly reporting, tax forms, and fiscal records. Use Excel and MS Office to create charts and reports, follow procedures closely, maintain accuracy, and communicate with clients and internal teams.

Perform general accounting tasks including billing, bookkeeping, recordings, amortizations, monthly and half-year reporting, annual balance preparation, and tax/fiscal form support. Execute core financial processes, support resolution of accounting issues, and maintain records. Must have basic Excel/MS Office skills and pass background and drug screening.

Perform routine data entry and transaction processing with minimal direction: enter and retrieve information, verify and audit data, file and archive documents, produce standard correspondence, proofread work, respond to information requests, and escalate issues or coordinate a small team as needed.

Design and build a lightweight SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) start page, using EP for SSO and secure access across SAP applications (Hybris, BO, ECC, SCM). Configure and customize SAP EP (7.5), develop basic iView components, implement SSO and SAP security, and support ITS Mobile integration.

Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL database objects (procedures, functions, packages, triggers, types). Design, construct, test, and document normalized relational database models and physical designs. Create DDL/DML scripts, stored procedures, data migration/import/export routines, and workflows. Troubleshoot data integration and performance issues, implement access controls, and perform change impact analysis. Work in an Agile environment and must pass background and drug screening.

Lead center communications: draft and deploy leadership messages, newsletters, event notifications; manage distribution and reporting; document processes; advise on communication methods; ensure process changes are communicated to training; support global recognition and special projects.

Process PO and non-PO invoices, ensure GRN accounting, handle debit/credit notes, ensure timely vendor payments, obtain vendor balance confirmations, supervise invoice quality checks and approvals, escalate delays, and generate quality and other reports.

Provide development support for Test Master Data Management products (OERDB, QTIM, TestCenter). Develop Java JEE web applications and SOAP/REST web services. Work with Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, packages, SQL Loader), Linux/UNIX shell scripting, XML; HL7 experience preferred. Participate in Agile development.

Provide hands-on support for consulting event and product order fulfillment: print, trim, burn discs, assemble, pack, ship/receive, track inventory, and order supplies. Physical role requiring standing and lifting up to 60 lbs.
