Perform advanced pricing and competitive bid analysis, manage complex cost models, validate quoted vs. actual performance, track cost variances and specification impacts, support cost model and CRM improvements, and provide margin insights to finance and sales leadership.

Drive B2B sales of sustainable paper packaging across the U.S. West territory by identifying mid-sized and enterprise customers, prospecting via networking and cold outreach, responding to web leads, forecasting sales, closing six-figure contracts, and maintaining and growing existing accounts while delivering consultative solutions.

Analyze product costs and support pricing decisions by maintaining cost inputs (materials, labor, overhead), preparing quotes and new-item cost estimates, validating BOMs/routings with production, performing variance and profitability analysis, and partnering with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve pricing, margins, and cost accuracy. Requires bilingual English-Vietnamese communication.

Coordinate daily graphics projects: review accounts, allocate tasks, perform incoming file inspections, separate art, prepare proofs/PDFs, update order specifications, ensure quality and policy consistency, and communicate with customers, sales, separators, and designers.

Designs, administers, and improves compensation programs through job evaluations, market analyses, salary structure design, and compensation modeling. Coordinate domestic and international inbound/outbound shipments (air, ocean, truck, LTL). Work with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs to secure capacity, ensure compliant documentation, track shipments, audit freight invoices, and support carrier sourcing and RFPs. Generate carrier performance reports and collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics issues.

Oversee general and plant accounting across multiple manufacturing locations: supervise plant accountants, coordinate month-end close, review financial statements and reconciliations, manage intercompany balances, support audits, maintain GL, participate in ERP implementations, and lead process improvements and team development.
