- Manage monthly and year-end general ledger (G/L) closing for multiple locations, including preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries.
- Ensure transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and current accounting standards.
- Prepare working papers, schedules, and reports to support accounting activities.
- Perform balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations.
- Analyze business drivers and report findings to management.
- Handle treasury functions such as ACH payments, wire transfers, and positive pay uploads; resolve exceptions daily.
- Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) OR Associate degree in Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP required).
- Experience with Microsoft Navision and treasury functions is a plus.
