Build and maintain the company's 5-year financial model and other valuation models; act as key contact for rating agencies; perform macro and peer research; prepare internal and external financial materials including reports for CFO, Board, annual and quarterly disclosures.

Assess land suitability and value for development, perform due diligence and market/financial analysis, negotiate acquisitions with landowners and authorities, coordinate contracts with legal, manage a land acquisition database and landbank, and collaborate closely with Business Development and Legal teams.
