Job Description:The Administrative Assistant in Energy provides team support by preparing meeting documents, managing filing and reports, and communicating with clients and suppliers. Key tasks include scheduling meetings and travel, coordinating events, managing office operations, and utilizing company systems like Tririga and CRM.- Administrative support to the team.
- Preparation of documents for meetings and presentations.
- Archiving, scanning, maintaining and organizing of documents, including electronic filing and data management.
- Preparation of reports & overviews for the team.
- Communication with suppliers, clients and potential clients & administering contacts' database.
- Processing of incoming mail - distribution, archiving; processing mail for dispatch.
- Scheduling agenda, arranging meetings, planning business trips, booking hotels, restaurants, flights, etc.
- Cooperation and preparation for company/teambuilding/marketing events.
- Managing office operations, ordering office equipment, refreshment etc.
- Work in company systems (Tririga, CRM, Axapta, Jira & any successors).
