Job Description:CTP is an international company and a market leader in logistics and industrial real estate across Continental Europe. To support our growth in Bulgaria, we are further extending our Finance team and now looking for a Senior Accountant.- Your key responsibilities:
∙ Responsible for daily and accurate recording of the business transactions
∙ Accounts receivables, accounts payables and General ledger transactions.
∙ Fixed assets and depreciation
∙ Monthly closings and in year-end closing
∙ Preparation of monthly VAT
∙ Preparation tax returns, declarations, and other relevant documents
∙ Account reconciliation
∙ Actively participates in the company audit
∙ Act as owner of the assigned tasks and able to perform ad hoc tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
∙ University Degree in Accounting/Finance
∙ 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
∙ Confident in the application of accounting regulations and have tax knowledge
∙ Very good knowledge of Bulgarian tax legislation and IFRS
∙ Knowledge and experience with ERP systems
∙ Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
∙ Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met
∙ Good command of English
∙ Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
∙ Results driven, team player attitude and problem-solving skills
∙ Experience in Real Estate would be an advantage
