Procures ferrous and non-ferrous scrap materials, manages supplier relationships, negotiates pricing and contracts, monitors commodity markets, and develops purchasing strategies. Coordinates material quality, transportation, and logistics while optimizing total delivered cost and ensuring reliable supply. Collaborates with operations, accounting, quality, yard management, and mill-buying teams; maintains procurement records and regulatory compliance. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Lead treasury operations including daily cash positioning and forecasting, liquidity management, debt and ABL administration, letters of credit, treasury system (Kyriba) development and maintenance, covenant compliance, banking relationships, and supervise treasury analysts while supporting audits, policy development, and cross-functional treasury projects.

Manage execution of line pipe project orders including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, supplier invoice processing, cost tracking, documentation, and process improvements while liaising between Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day AP and AR teams, ensuring timely invoicing and vendor payments, handling escalations and investigations, supporting audits, completing month-end journal entries and reconciliations, identifying training needs, and contributing to corporate projects.

Works under general supervision to design, develop, deploy and support Microsoft .NET applications for production-critical manufacturing systems. Collaborates onsite with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other teams to integrate automation, SCADA/HMI and PLC communications. Uses agile methods to maintain and enhance proprietary software that ensures reliable plant operations.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis. Build and maintain financial models, analyze KPIs, support operational leaders, prepare reporting packages and ad hoc business cases, and improve forecasting and reporting processes.

Lead automation and electrical engineering for steelmaking and rolling mill operations. Design, commission, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems, drives, and motor control equipment; develop control strategies, KPIs, and integration with business systems; drive continuous improvement, reliability, and safety; manage projects and provide technical leadership and on-call support.

Administer and enhance Workday HCM: assess requirements, configure business processes, troubleshoot, create reports and dashboards, support integrations and bi-annual releases, train end users, and partner with stakeholders to deliver system solutions and data integrity.

Design, install, maintain, program, configure and troubleshoot electrical machinery, controls, industrial automation and data acquisition systems. Interpret wiring diagrams and specifications, plan troubleshooting and repairs, fabricate parts, perform mechanical/electrical repairs, inspect and test equipment, and ensure safe operation following codes and safety procedures.
