Leads product lifecycle planning and execution across markets, regions, and functions. Coordinates vehicle model-year changes, product launches, lifecycle updates, stakeholder plans, milestones, deliverables, risk escalation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Serves as a central connection between headquarters and markets while aligning commercial objectives, market needs, sales targets, and product strategy.

Manage customer sales and service interactions for Polestar in Denmark. Responsibilities include following up on sales leads and test drives, handling email, chat, inbound and outbound calls, responding to social media inquiries, supporting financing and leasing questions, coordinating with test drive and handover centers, and representing Polestar at customer events.

Lead solution architecture across Polestar’s Salesforce ecosystem, designing scalable solutions for customer, sales, service, fleet, and commercial domains. Define architecture standards, integration patterns, data ownership principles, security controls, and governance practices. Collaborate with product, engineering, enterprise architecture, business, and external partner teams to align solutions with strategic objectives. Guide technical decisions, manage cross-team dependencies, reduce technical debt, support roadmap planning, and promote platform scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence.

Develop and validate vehicle range and performance simulations using Polestar’s Pandora tool. Analyze and present simulation results, support homologation and pre-homologation testing, provide engineering recommendations, and collaborate with CAE, quality, certification, suppliers, and vehicle development teams. Lead investigations and task force activities while automating analysis workflows through MATLAB, Simulink, coding, and scripting.

Leads complex product UX initiatives for Polestar’s next-generation vehicle interface. Defines user journeys, interaction principles, use cases, and UX requirements across hardware and software. Coordinates cross-functional product, design, engineering, customer experience, procurement, and external partners. Establishes usability evaluation and benchmarking frameworks, leads user research, analyzes customer insights, and translates findings into product improvements and intuitive customer experiences.

Supports global compensation and benefits initiatives, including pay transparency, pay equity, job architecture, benchmarking, merit reviews, incentive programs, global mobility, benefits governance, and regulatory compliance. Partners with HR, leaders, employees, vendors, unions, and authorities across markets while analyzing compensation data, maintaining reward structures, coordinating processes, and providing guidance and training.

Design, implement, operate, and improve enterprise cybersecurity capabilities across endpoint, identity, network, collaboration, and data protection domains. Build security automations, strengthen detection and resilience, advance Zero Trust, support secure AI adoption, contribute to architecture and standards, and provide Tier 3 escalation support. Partner with infrastructure, cloud, workplace, networking, and engineering teams while participating in an annual SOC on-call rotation.

Leads the enhancement and effectiveness of Polestar’s SOX internal control framework. Responsibilities include designing risk and control matrices, implementing and testing controls, assessing deficiencies and material weaknesses, driving remediation, advising stakeholders, delivering training, and leading cross-functional governance and assurance improvements. The role partners with management, auditors, consultants, and business leaders in a multinational environment.

Design, build, and evolve high-performance, globally scalable systems. Own system architecture and technical decisions, write well-tested maintainable code, collaborate with product/design/ops, mentor teammates, and promote modern DevOps and engineering practices to deliver reliable customer-facing solutions.

Provide strategic legal advice across corporate governance, securities regulation, capital markets, finance, M&A, and public company compliance. Support Polestar’s listed parent company and global subsidiaries, advise executives and the Board, coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions, and manage regulatory and governance requirements, including SEC, NASDAQ, market abuse, and insider trading compliance.
