Manages contract administration across gaming properties, support services, and international operations. Coordinates contract review, revisions, negotiations, document tracking, compliance, reporting, communications, and information flow among departments and suppliers. Ensures timely processing, adherence to standardized terms, contract procedures, Gaming Commission regulations, and organizational policies while managing multiple deadlines.

Lead redesign of enterprise-grade, cloud-based systems; assess applications, integrations and data flows; define scalable microservices, API and container architectures; work with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver reusable, maintainable solutions; apply DevOps and Agile methodologies; mentor teams and ensure security, performance, and cost considerations.

Lead workforce planning, labor forecasting, operational readiness, and analytics for pre-opening and ongoing resort operations. Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, labor models, and decision-support tools; manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and present insights to senior leadership while mentoring analysts.

Create and optimize website and app content across Hard Rock properties using Adobe AEM and analytics. Apply SEO, UX/UI best practices, AI/ML-driven personalization, and collaborate with designers to improve engagement and traffic.

Supervise slot floor operations to ensure guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Manage, train, counsel, and discipline slot staff; enforce policies and procedures; handle cash, staffing, performance reviews, and incident resolution while adhering to gaming regulations.

Coordinate cafe sales and marketing activities: draft and negotiate contracts, manage event and brand calendars, liaise with planners and Support Center, administer packages and payments, maintain marketing assets and website updates, assist sales manager with prospecting, support events and trade-shows, and coordinate operations to ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.

Develop and maintain staff schedules and labor plans using workforce management systems. Monitor staffing levels, ensure compliance with labor rules and union agreements, analyze labor metrics, troubleshoot scheduling systems, and partner with Operations, HR and Finance to optimize workforce efficiency and service delivery.

Lead content strategy and integration across websites, app, email, and digital channels using AEM/DAM. Manage campaign calendars, timelines, cross-functional delivery, analytics-driven optimization, and processes to ensure cohesive omnichannel brand experiences.
