Provides wheelchair assistance to airline passengers, safely transporting them through airports and offering directions and general information. Coordinates assignments with dispatchers and gate agents, follows TSA screening procedures, documents wheelchair pushes, and completes incident reports. Requires physical ability to push, lift, carry, stand, walk, squat, stoop, and bend throughout shifts, including handling 75 pounds or more.

Supervise crew and security personnel for international flights at Boston International Airport. Ensure adherence to SOPs, perform daily security and equipment checks, coordinate security and personnel welfare, assist with pre-boarding and international passenger needs, and maintain compliance.
