As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Bi‑Lingual Recruiter to join our team.
Recruiter
The position reports directly to the General Manager and will also support the Regional Director
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Communicate regularly with HR Support team to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding
- Processing applicants, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information system
- Any other duties as requested by the HR Director and General Manager
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-Volume recruitment experience and passion for the people
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 1-2 Years Experience with recruitment databases, Paycom, and LinkedIn promotion tactics preferred, but not required.
Location:
- This is NOT a remote position; Recruiter will be stationed at the assigned location
Education:
- High School Diploma and GED. equivalent experience in Human Resources,
Experience:
- Two+ years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in recruiting for airport facility maintenance, preferred but not required
