Manage and improve the organization's networks, servers, systems, and cloud environments. Lead infrastructure transformation, capacity planning, disaster recovery, policy implementation, budgeting, cross-functional partnerships, hiring, and team development while ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.

Design, build, and operate multi-cloud platform infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes clusters, networking (including Cato/SASE), and internal developer tooling in Go/Python. Manage experiential learning placements with standard onboarding procedures. Guide learners through compliance tasks and deadlines, maintain CRM records, coordinate site communications, and support pre/post-semester projects and cross-functional Academic Operations alignment.

Serve as first point of contact for prospective learners, conduct inbound/outbound calls and interviews, guide applicants through Discover-Commit-Start Application, collect and review admission documentation for accreditation/compliance, maintain learner records in LMS, use CRM/SIS to track inquiries, provide daily activity reports, evaluate eLearn results, and participate in admissions meetings and projects.

Processes federal student aid and military funds for current learners, reviewing ISIRs and supporting verification, C-codes, UEH, SAP, and Return of Title IV calculations. Uses COD, NSLDS, and CPS systems to ensure compliance, prepares disbursements, escalates special circumstances for professional judgment, and participates in functional projects.

Manage curriculum assessment and liaison activities between the College and Nightingale Innovations: evaluate program outcomes, support faculty training, develop assessment instruments, lead curriculum committees, ensure DoE and accreditation compliance, and support instructional strategy and LMS integration.

Coordinate placement and onboarding for experiential learning sites with standard requirements; secure rotation spaces; partner with Specialist I on learner compliance; maintain site communications and outreach; monitor rotation needs by course, skill level, and geography; complete semester projects; update credentialing and cross-functional teams; use portals/CRM and Microsoft Office to ensure data integrity and support learners.
