Drive and grow channel sales across assigned Tanzanian zones by onboarding partners, managing retail relationships, ensuring distribution and collections, tracking market trends, and meeting sales targets in coordination with the Channel Sales Head.

Manage site acquisition and permitting for telecom network deployment, lead a team handling public and private permits, coordinate with design and construction, ensure timely, compliant, cost-effective delivery aligned with Nokia rollout processes.

Design, deliver, and evaluate blended training programs for Zonal, Cluster, and Field Sales Managers and retail teams. Conduct needs analysis, create induction and functional modules (Airtel and open-market), run classroom and field coaching, measure training impact against sales KPIs, supervise content creation, localize materials for Tanzania, and report training effectiveness to senior leadership.

Provide first-level customer support by receiving, verifying, and processing customer declarations. Use AI-assisted tools and ERP/SYGRÈM 2 systems to extract, validate, and enter data, follow up on missing documentation, route workflows by geography, monitor quality, escalate complex cases, and support process improvements while maintaining customer communication.

Lead end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, contracts, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and vendor management. Oversee tendering, negotiations, contract administration, supplier performance, and SCM compliance. Support projects and operations with expediting, long-lead item management, ERP improvements, SCM KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage financial operations for a logistics firm including financial reporting, tax filings, budgeting, cash flow planning, audit coordination, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decisions and regulatory compliance.

Administer and maintain servers, networks, virtualization, databases, and desktop environments; support data center operations; design and deploy infrastructure solutions; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; liaise with stakeholders and vendors; deliver high-quality IT support and ensure operational stability, security, and performance.
