Lead operational performance across a portfolio of schools, colleges, training centers, and EdTech assets. Implement operational strategy, optimize processes, monitor KPIs and dashboards, manage facilities and vendors, ensure quality, compliance, and risk mitigation, and lead operations teams to support growth and customer experience goals.

Support planning and execution of MyM Rewards campaigns, analyze loyalty and customer data to identify growth opportunities, collaborate with CRM, Product and Technology teams to design targeted campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and test rewards and promotions to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, analyze market trends and campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to meet business objectives.

Oversee daily office operations and supervise the administration team. Manage supplies, facilities, vendors, meetings, travel, records, and administrative reports. Ensure policy compliance and provide administrative support to departments.

Source and manage suppliers, conduct cost analysis, negotiate and administer contracts, prepare purchase orders and bilingual reports, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and develop cost-effective procurement strategies.
