On behalf of our client, we're looking for Consultant, Digital Engagement
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support
the planning and execution of MyM Rewards campaigns and member engagement
initiatives.
- Analyses
customer and loyalty performance data to identify opportunities to improve
member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Work
with CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns, personalized offers, and
customer communications.
- Monitor
customer journeys and recommend improvements to enhance the loyalty
experience.
- Support
the testing and optimization of rewards, promotions, and loyalty
mechanics.
- Collaborate
with Product and Technology teams to improve the MyM Rewards experience
across digital channels.
- Research
loyalty and CRM best practices and bring new ideas to support program
growth.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in
a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a
related field is a plus
- Networking
Skills
- Bilingual:
English & Arabic – Strong Arabic preferable
