Outside territory sales role focused on growing accounts for hygienic fluid handling equipment in Southwest Missouri/NW Arkansas. Responsibilities include prospecting, account development, promoting distributed products and services, coordinating with internal teams, supporting eCommerce adoption, and meeting sales targets. Requires customer travel, relationship-building with processors and OEMs, and leadership of sales activities.

Design detailed 3D models, fabrication drawings, and BOMs for sanitary transfer and utility panels using Autodesk Inventor. Ensure compliance with 3-A and ASME BPE, manufacturability, and documentation control. Manage multiple panel projects, support fabrication, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and quality teams.

Create and revise detailed 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings for skidded assemblies. Ensure compliance with fabrication standards and safety codes, coordinate mechanical/electrical/instrumentation interfaces, optimize designs for manufacturability and cost, maintain drawing packages and revision control, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with project management, fabrication teams, and clients.

Manage and grow CSI's valve and spare parts portfolio by defining product strategy, pricing, supplier relationships, and market development. Provide technical and application support to sales and engineering, maintain accurate product and pricing data across ERP/CRM systems, monitor market trends and performance, and achieve revenue and margin targets while supporting customer satisfaction and internal stakeholders.

Support the sales organization by coordinating new-hire onboarding, administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, maintaining CRM data integrity, scheduling meetings and recruiting activities, preparing meeting notes and reports, organizing sales documentation, and assisting sales leadership with administrative projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Manage and qualify international inbound leads, engage prospects via phone/email/virtual meetings, coordinate internal teams, support export documentation and logistics, maintain CRM pipeline, and assist International Business Development Leader to transition opportunities into long-term accounts.

Provide inside technical support for sanitary/hygienic valve applications: advise on selection, troubleshooting, sizing, and application validation; manage quote/order accuracy in ERP; support inside sales and document non-standard conditions; mentor junior specialists and improve documentation.

Serve as primary customer contact via phone and email; prepare, review, and manage quotes and orders in ERP; proactively manage open orders for delivery accuracy; provide basic technical assistance and collaborate with sales, vendors, and internal teams.

Serve as primary customer contact for quotes, orders, and complex requests; manage orders in ERP, escalate risks, mentor others, and collaborate with sales, vendors, and internal teams to ensure delivery and accuracy.

Manage fabrication projects from scope and estimating through production and delivery. Create accurate cost proposals, review drawings/specs, coordinate shop workflows, resolve fabrication issues, track costs and schedule, and drive process improvements to increase quoting accuracy and build efficiency.
