Design, prototype, and test HVAC components and systems. Lead projects from concept to production, create manufacturing drawings and manuals, source materials, work hands-on in manufacturing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with listing agencies and standards.

Single-threaded owner for ETO prefabricated projects from submittal through fabrication, testing, shipment, delivery, and close-out. Maintain communication, document control, schedules, budgets, risk/change control, and coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, Logistics). Support FAT/SAT and logistics planning, track KPIs, capture lessons learned, and help scale PMO processes and templates.

Single-threaded owner for ETO chiller projects from submittal through manufacturing, testing, shipment, commissioning, and close-out. Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining PMO documentation, customer communication, logistics, and continuous improvement.

Support electrical hardware design, integration, and control system programming for liquid cooling equipment. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and panel layouts using AutoCAD. Assist prototype builds, troubleshoot wiring, contribute to test documentation, and collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and controls teams under senior engineer guidance.

Serve as the onsite first point of contact, manage front desk and visitor experience, maintain office facilities and supplies, support onboarding and administrative tasks, and provide backup executive assistant support for calendars, travel, and meetings.

Own and deliver ETO projects from award through customer acceptance: manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality; coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, and Logistics; ensure production readiness, shipping, and commissioning handoff; maintain customer communication and report project financials and status to leadership.
