Serve as a territory sales representative selling NAPA parts and programs to existing and prospective customers in the Alma region. Collaborate with regional and corporate sales teams and store managers to create sales development plans, recommend pricing, assist with collections, and ensure accounts comply with purchasing terms.

Lead a team of gross profit specialists to develop pricing strategies, manage national custom pricing and exceptions, analyze customer pricing versus sales, identify and resolve margin issues, enforce policies and procedures, conduct market surveys, and report results to regional and corporate management to improve gross profit margins.

Manage and supervise accounting operations including monthly consolidated financial statements, budgeting, audits, internal controls, and training head office accountants and treasury clerks. Act as primary liaison with GPC and advise departments to improve accounting procedures and compliance.

Analyze and improve gross profit margins by managing national custom pricing, identifying problem customers, recommending solutions, implementing policies, training stakeholders, and conducting market surveys. Collaborate with regional, district, purchasing, and management teams and follow up on results.

Analyze and improve gross profit margins for corporate and affiliated NAPA stores. Manage national customized pricing profiles and exceptions, analyze sales versus custom pricing, identify issues, recommend corrective actions, monitor results, develop and deliver training, and conduct national and regional market studies to keep pricing competitive.

Sell NAPA parts and programs to existing and prospective customers; collaborate with regional and corporate sales; develop sales plans with store managers for assigned territory; recommend pricing, assist with collections, and ensure accounts meet purchase terms.
