Plan, deliver, and administer training programs for transit operations staff, including classroom and on-board operator training, defensive driving, evaluations, LMS content development, recordkeeping, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Perform advanced installation, preventive maintenance, repair and modification of transit communication and electronic systems (radios, fareboxes, destination signs, tracking systems). Diagnose component-level faults, assist technicians, maintain records, and follow safety and testing procedures. Must meet licensing and tool inventory requirements.

Serve as HART's public liaison, delivering outreach, presentations, and customer service. Schedule and staff community events, develop relationships with targeted markets, distribute public information, track metrics, and support ridership development and grassroots engagement programs.
