Desk-based internal sales role managing a defined customer base: build relationships, handle enquiries, produce quotations, update CRM, support upselling and onboarding, coordinate with internal teams, support marketing campaigns, and provide account reporting.

Lead electrical design for sewage treatment projects including EICA deliverables, site surveys, feasibility and detailed design, SCADA/telemetry, cable and fault studies, technical reviews, mentoring junior staff, and supporting proposals and commercial aspects.

Develop, maintain and optimise client and contractor project schedules within the PMO. Monitor progress, identify risks and critical path changes, support forecasting, review contractor programmes, report schedule EVM metrics, and support Project Managers to resolve scheduling issues across lifecycle phases.
