Lead product strategy and execution for a full-stack AI infrastructure platform: define offerings, pricing, and roadmap; take technical ownership across compute, data, agent runtime, and model serving; align build-and-sell motion; hire and lead product and engineering teams; and represent the product to enterprise buyers while sequencing compliance for regulated customers.

Own and run the companys operating rhythm end-to-end: cadence meetings, weekly pulse, decision log, and cross-workstream coordination. Remove coordination burden from founders, hold stakeholders accountable, run quarterly planning, onboard hires, and manage direct reports (Commercial Associate).
