The Role
Own end-to-end deployment of applied AI for mid-market and enterprise leaders: run a three-day Accelerator, convert it into 90-day plans, build and operate AI tooling and agent setups, partner with C-suite to map and sequence use cases across functions, author the deployment playbook, and scale a repeatable strategist-led deployment model.

We are a Stealth Applied AI Venture and a Bifrost Studios company. We're building the long-term applied AI partner for mid-market and enterprise leaders, practitioner-led, working inside their business on real outcomes rather than platitudes.
The relationship starts with a three-day in-person Accelerator and continues as a year-round partnership: ongoing 1:1 deployment work, access to an Applied AI Leaders community, and a strategist who stays close to the leader's P&L as they ship. We are practitioner-first and operator-led, surrounded by operators and AI-native companies.
Built with passion and grit across Europe, home in Switzerland, ready to take on the world. You'll report directly to the Founder & CEO. Our first cohorts run end of August and early September 2026.
Tasks
We're hiring our founding AI Deployment Strategist. You own each leader's deployment and outcomes end to end, from the first Accelerator through the long-term partnership that follows, and you are the first capability we replicate as the venture scales. You sit between a leader's P&L and applied AI, and you turn that work into shipped initiatives.
What you'll do
* Partner 1:1 with senior leaders to frame their P&L context and objectives, then turn the Accelerator into a 90-day plan they own and ship, then stay their partner as the work continues.
* Work directly on each leader's real business: map use cases across sales, product, marketing, and operations, make build-versus-buy calls, and sequence their AI investments.
* Build and run the AI tooling and agent setups that support each leader before, during, and after the three days.
* Author the deployment playbook so the model holds its quality as new strategists join.
* Bring patterns from member work back into the product and our proprietary insight.
What your first year looks like
* _First 30 days:_ absorb the product and ICP, run your first 1:1 context sessions with confirmed members, draft v1 of the deployment playbook.
* _First quarter:_ own the pre, on-site, and post journey for the first cohort; deliver each leader a 90-day plan and convert it into shipped initiatives.
* _By year one:_ a repeatable deployment model a second strategist can run, documented P&L outcomes from members, and the foundations of embedded, forward-deployed AI partnerships with member organisations.
Requirements
* A minimum of four years in progressive, high-impact roles, with at least two of those focused on applied AI.
* You're at the bleeding edge of applied AI in a deployment context: you put modern models, tools, and agents to work inside a business to drive outcomes, not in an engineering or research lab.
* Real outcomes you can point to from deploying AI inside an operating business: shipped results, not slideware.
* A track record of owning measurable business results, outcomes you've been accountable for, ideally ones that show up in the P&L.
* Hands-on, daily fluency with modern AI tools and agents.
* The executive presence to work shoulder-to-shoulder with C-suite and P&L owners.
* Sharp, structured thinking that turns ambiguity into a plan and a plan into delivery.
* A degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. An MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of business, technology, and operations is a strong plus.
This is for you if you've deployed AI in a real business and have the scars to show for it, you'd rather ship than frame, and you're comfortable building zero-to-one with little scaffolding.
Benefits
What's on offer
* A founding seat with full ownership of how leaders move from AI literacy to AI fluency to shipped AI outcomes.
* Meaningful founding equity and salary.
* The full backing of Bifrost Studios across operations, sourcing, and an operator network. You build with support, not alone.
* Work that compounds, from a single Accelerator into a long-term partnership with the leaders you serve.
The process
* Apply with CV and short motivation letter
* Screening interview
* In depth interview
* Psychometrics and case assessment
* Final stages & offer + references
