You will own that engine end to end, with direct exposure to live deals and the earliest pipeline learnings, and a clear path toward Head of Revenue Operations as the company scales.

* Build the sales enablement layer that scales the founders' time: decks, one-pagers, case studies, and account briefs
* Stand up a repeatable post-sale motion as the first deals close
Requirements
* 1-2 years in a commercial ops, sales ops, RevOps, or BizDev role at a B2B SaaS, tech, or infrastructure startup
* You have built a CRM and the reporting around it, and knows what a clean, scalable pipeline looks like
* You have run structured outreach campaigns and tracked conversion, with a strong grasp of pipeline mechanics end to end
* You have built sales enablement content and outbound sequences, ideally in a fast-moving startup environment
* A genuine builder with a high ownership instinct. You create systems, you don't wait to be handed them
* Strong systems thinking, with the drive and trajectory to grow well beyond the role
* Fluency with AI agents and automation in your daily workflow is a strong plus
