Serves as the primary liaison among insurance agents, carriers, and the company. Provides proactive customer support, troubleshoots issues, guides agents through contracting and certification processes, navigates carrier portals, resolves escalations, documents interactions, conducts outreach, and maintains strong relationships to improve agent satisfaction and loyalty. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, empathy, professionalism, and multitasking skills, with limited day travel and occasional overnight travel.

Supervise registered representative and investment adviser activities, identify and escalate sales-practice and conflict concerns, review correspondence and personal trading, maintain supervisory procedures, support compliance testing under SEC and FINRA rules, develop training materials, monitor regulatory changes, and report to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Independently manages moderately complex technology projects from initiation through closure, including scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, vendors, risks, quality, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Develops project plans, monitors milestones and dependencies, resolves issues, produces status reports, and leads cross-functional delivery teams. Requires strong IT and project management knowledge, collaboration skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project tracking tools such as Jira.

Coordinate recruiting, executive searches, interviews, candidate travel, onboarding, and onsite interview experiences. Manage complex scheduling, logistics, interview materials, feedback collection, background checks, offers, relocation, and I-9 verification. Serve as a primary contact for executive candidates and partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to deliver a polished, confidential, high-touch experience.

Drafts, negotiates, and reviews complex commercial agreements while advising business stakeholders on contractual, corporate, and legal matters. Maintains contract templates, playbooks, and checklists; supports CLM implementation, entity management, insurance renewals, governance, M&A, policy reviews, and pre-litigation disputes. The role also develops scalable legal processes using AI and workflow improvements and provides legal support to more than 200 subsidiary entities.

Analyze and benchmark compensation data, evaluate jobs, maintain salary structures, administer annual salary and incentive programs, and support performance management. The role focuses on market analysis, competitive pay positioning, salary adjustments, and sales incentive plans while independently resolving complex compensation issues.
