•    Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies, platforms, trends, and best practices that improve campaign execution, distribution, measurement, and performance.
•    Partner with internal and external resources to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently, and on brand.

Requirements:

•    Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including subject lines, calls-to-action, messaging, content strategy, branding, and conversion best practices.
•    Experience with B2B email marketing, deliverability, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.
•    Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as financial services or healthcare, is preferred.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and turn insights into meaningful actions.
•    Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
•    Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•    A self-starter mindset with a strong desire to test, learn, optimize, and continuously improve.
•    Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
•    Curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to adopt new tools and approaches that improve marketing effectiveness.
