Join our dynamic team as a Sr Compensation Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our organization's compensation programs. Your analytical expertise will ensure our pay structures remain competitive and aligned with industry standards, contributing to our overall employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Evaluation: Assess and document the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements of various roles within the organization, ensuring accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.

  • Compensation Surveys: Contribute to and analyze compensation survey data, using insights to benchmark our pay practices against industry standards and inform strategic decisions.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis of company roles to evaluate and enhance the competitive positioning of our compensation programs, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

  • Salary Administration: Participate in the development, maintenance, and execution of annual salary administration programs, including the creation of salary structures and incentive budgets that align with organizational goals.

  • Performance Management: Play an integral role in the administration of performance management systems, including annual incentive programs and salary adjustments, with a focus on sales incentive plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Expertise: You bring a deep understanding of compensation analysis, with the ability to handle complex issues independently and escalate only the most challenging problems.

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, accompanied by 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related discipline.

  • Independence: You are a self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
