Lead and grow branch solutions and service sales teams in assigned divisions. Hire, train, and manage sales reps; set budgets; meet sales volume and margin targets; generate proposals and direct sales; coordinate with operations for profitability; oversee performance management, manpower planning, customer satisfaction, cash collections, and safety compliance.

Lead a branch team across engineering, projects, service, and back-office to ensure safe, on-budget execution of fire and life safety installs and service. Manage scheduling, billing, WIP, P&L, inventory, staffing, customer/vendor relations, and support branch growth through sales collaboration and performance development.

Lead national operations to implement and sustain the Sciens Service Suite across divisions. Ensure safety compliance, assess and close execution capability gaps, drive training, support customer/vendor communications, report progress to executives, foster high-performance culture, and assist with manpower planning and allocation.

Manage retention and renewals for assigned service-contract customer base for fire alarm, sprinkler and security services. Proactively contact customers 120 days before renewal, re-estimate contracts, address concerns, present pricing escalations, upsell across product lines, track renewal dates, participate in monthly renewal meetings, and meet customers in person as needed to achieve a 95%+ renewal rate.

Manage retention and renewals for service contracts (fire alarm, fire protection, security). Proactively contact customers 120 days before renewal, re-estimate contracts, address concerns, upsell services, achieve high renewal rates, and coordinate internally to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead financial planning, reporting, internal controls, compliance, audits, and ERP deployment. Produce monthly/operational reports, manage cashflow, banking, bonding, DCAA/GAAP compliance, and partner with leadership to drive financial strategy and performance improvements.

Sell and grow business for fire alarm, life-safety, and related low-voltage systems within an assigned territory. Prospect, qualify, and close new construction, renovation, and retrofit opportunities via contractors and end users. Prepare proposals, forecasts, and presentations; maintain product knowledge, influence specifications, and manage post-installation follow-up. Use CRM, collaborate with operations/finance/legal, and meet annual quota and margin targets.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including reconciling payments, prioritizing collections, handling deposits (check/credit/EFT), maintaining records, sending past-due notices, and supporting month-end close and administrative duties.
