Supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations by administering Salesforce, maintaining data quality, building reports and dashboards, deploying automation, optimizing workflows, managing data loads, and aligning revenue metrics across Salesforce, Qlik, and internal systems. The role also identifies process inefficiencies, supports KPI analysis, and collaborates on lead management, customer success workflows, reporting, compensation, and customer experience projects.

Prospect and generate leads in the Portuguese market via outbound email, phone and other touchpoints. Present BizAway to decision-makers, propose sales strategies and campaigns, and collaborate closely with Sales Executives to drive pipeline growth.

Serve as the technical lead in enterprise sales, designing scalable integrations, advising stakeholders on APIs/SSO/security, building demos/prototypes, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to win and deliver integrations.

Manage full sales cycle for B2B customers: prospect (cold-calling), book meetings, engage C-level/HR/Travel Managers, negotiate contracts to go-live, act as client POC until handover, and forecast monthly revenue and pipeline.

Lead global controlling for a fast-growing B2B travel scale-up: manage consolidated closings, multi-country profitability, FP&A, M&A integration, audits, and AI-driven automation. Build analytics for customer and country-level profitability, standardize ERP/controls, and automate reporting while partnering with commercial and product teams.

Design, build, and operationalize analytical and predictive solutions. Translate cross-functional travel business data into dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, segmentations, and ML-driven recommendations. Engage stakeholders and contribute to data modeling and MLOps prototyping.
