Manage regional sourcing and sales of recycled glass: identify and secure suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure quality and logistics, develop non-traditional supply channels, build market intelligence, collaborate cross-functionally, and train others to support volume and margin goals.

Partner with Cluster leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across multiple sites. Manage day-to-day accounting for Singapore (and partial Malaysia support): general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, IFRS and local statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance, performance analysis, and stakeholder reporting to support cluster directors.

Manage end-to-end payroll for multi-state entities, processing high-volume weekly/biweekly payrolls for 1,200+ employees. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, support audits and year-end W-2 processing, produce analytical reports, and advise management on payroll impacts and integrations.

Lead cluster commercial strategy and co-own P&L. Drive sales, margin and volume targets; manage sales, product marketing and customer service; implement commercial excellence, pricing and change initiatives; support cluster strategy and HSE/compliance. Collaborate with operations, supply chain and regional functions to develop new markets and products.

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and related finance tasks: period-end closing, accruals, reconciliations, payment scheduling, CAPEX recording and PPE capitalization, tax (VAT/WHT) handling, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to meet group reporting and compliance requirements.

Manage end-to-end payroll for country entities: calculate gross-to-net, withholdings, deductions, expatriation payments; maintain payroll journal entries and bank reconciliations; produce analytical reports; advise management and support payroll system selection and integration.

Lead process design, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities during construction. Provide technical support to production and contractors, develop process documentation (SOPs, P&IDs), ensure quality inspections, manage contractor interfaces, and deliver technical handover to operations while improving construction productivity and safety.

Serve as the functional SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Product Costing expert: design fit-to-standard solutions, drive global template governance, manage change requests, support Key Users, resolve incidents, coordinate testing, ensure correct costing data and identify automation opportunities to improve finance processes.
