Manage and optimize Maxwood's Microsoft Fabric-based data platform: operate dataflows and pipelines, ensure reliable integrations and ingestion, monitor Azure resource usage and capacity, document procedures, and collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Analysts, and AI specialists to maintain an AI-ready, governed data warehouse environment.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for the HQ team including payroll processing, multi-state employee setup/terminations, HRIS data integrity (Paylocity), benefits support, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, workers' compensation and unemployment claims, onboarding logistics, and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage and optimize Maxwood's presence across third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, etc.). Oversee product listings, content, catalog health, and promotional strategies using Mirakl and ChannelAdvisor. Partner cross-functionally to align on inventory, pricing, and brand standards. Track marketplace KPIs, produce reports, identify growth opportunities, and ensure platform compliance and account health.

Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Shopping, and marketplace channels. Manage campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, reporting, budget allocation, and cross-team collaboration to drive revenue growth and ROAS for multiple ecommerce brands.
