Lead and oversee Tour Reception, Gifting, Contracts, and QA teams across multiple sales sites to ensure efficient tour flow, accurate contract processing, timely closings, cross-functional communication, process improvements, and coaching of administrative staff to support sales production and an exceptional guest experience.

Provide administrative and front-office support for resort leadership and staff: meeting prep and minutes, payroll/timecard assistance, filing, new-hire onboarding, customer service, deposits, invoice processing, supply inventory, mail handling, and cross-departmental assistance. Must maintain confidentiality, reliability, and flexible scheduling.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for sales and marketing roles across Myrtle Beach and Cape Cod. Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates; coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and ATS recordkeeping. Build hiring manager relationships, attend recruiting events, and travel to supported markets to meet hiring goals and ensure candidate experience.

Provide administrative and HR support to resort leadership: payroll and benefits administration, HR recordkeeping, OSHA compliance, vendor contracts and invoicing, claims management, office supplies and forms development, and general correspondence and reporting. Support events and maintain confidentiality of employee and guest records.
