Manage email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics for Trailer World, ATW brands, and Parts & Accessories. Build and optimize campaigns, maintain audience segmentation and data integrity, create dashboards and performance reports, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to measure and improve digital marketing performance.

Lead and manage all HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, training, benefits, compliance, HRIS/ATS/LMS administration, onboarding, investigations, reporting, and safety support. Coach leaders, develop HR programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support organizational goals and culture.

Support dealership sales of trailers and parts: answer calls, assist customers, quote and document sales, maintain yard and parts displays, handle cash and inventory reporting, perform outside sales and attend events to drive wholesale and retail business.

Review and match vendor invoices to POs and receiving reports, process ACH/check/wire payments, reconcile vendor statements, coordinate inventory financing and record inventory purchases, and maintain organized accounts payable records.

Develop and execute pricing models and analyses to optimize trailer sales profitability across assigned stores and markets. Use large datasets and competitor surveys to recommend pricing, support field initiatives, monitor pricing adherence, and communicate insights to leadership and stores.

Provide front-office administrative support including sales order entry, daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits, inventory assistance, customer service, data entry, and maintaining sales/service paperwork and facility appearance. Perform errands for the dealership and other clerical duties as needed.

Lead HR operations and programs including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, compliance, HRIS/ATS/LMS administration, performance management, investigations, and safety support. Advise leaders, analyze trends, maintain HR documentation and reports, and promote company culture while supporting payroll and leave processes.

Drive VAVE cost-reduction initiatives across product lines by originating concepts, running cross-functional workshops, performing detailed component design and FEA, prototyping and testing, and executing verification/validation plans. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Design to optimize manufacturability, materials, tolerances, and cost while ensuring quality and system-level reliability.

Serve as first point of contact by answering calls, greeting visitors, providing information and directions, routing inquiries, maintaining a tidy reception area, and completing light administrative tasks including basic spreadsheets, data entry, and word processing.

Design and maintain a layered Azure Synapse/SQL transformation layer to turn raw ERP data into governed, dimensional models. Build ETL pipelines, optimize performance, manage data pipeline health, and develop Power BI semantic models and DAX measures. Partner with IT on platform improvements, enforce governance and lineage, and manage access and row-level security to deliver consistent business reporting.
