Lead coordination and project-manage creation, review, and regulatory approval of fund documentation (prospectuses, KIID/KID, shareholder notices) across multiple domiciles. Liaise with legal, regulators, investment teams and vendors, manage regulator comments, client notifications, and implementation communications. Support fund development, fee and share-class reviews, EMT/EET production, and ad-hoc fund product projects while embedding controls and improving documentation consistency and processes.

Lead day-to-day accounting, reporting, and fund operations for semi-liquid open-ended private funds. Oversee monthly NAV process, validate portfolio transactions and valuations, manage fees, investor records, third-party administrators, financial statements, and regulatory reporting. Partner with Product, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Investment teams to support liquidity, structuring, and operational readiness. Design and scale operating models, controls, and accounting policies for an evergreen private investment platform.

Provide administrative and operational support to Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent Enablement teams. Manage executive calendars, travel, expenses, event coordination, RFP/RFI client support, vendor relationships, and project coordination to automate HR processes and deliver learning and development programs.
