Lead development and execution of innovative talent acquisition strategies using HR technology and analytics. Manage and mentor TA team, collaborate with business leaders, optimize sourcing and selection with AI tools, oversee employer branding and candidate experience, and ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws.

Provide executive administrative support to the President, including scheduling, travel coordination, document transcription and editing, preparing reports and legal-style documents, office management, recordkeeping, and testing/using desktop publishing applications. Maintain confidentiality, proofread materials, coordinate communications, and support departmental procedures and special projects.

Develop, review, and maintain curricular documents (learning outcomes, alignment matrices, specification sheets). Ensure alignment with instructional models and institutional goals, collaborate with SMEs and academic leaders, coordinate resources, track records, research supporting materials, deliver trainings/workshops, and meet deadlines.

Provide students with financial aid guidance, determine eligibility, manage federal systems (NSLDS, COD, FPP), assist with FAFSA/FAA Access, maintain records, coordinate with academic and corporate partners, and support timely disbursements.

Coordinate and assign editing, translation, and QA tasks for the Editing and Translation team. Supervise and mentor staff, support recruiting/onboarding/training, ensure adherence to editorial and APA standards (English/Spanish), provide project status reports, recommend tools/workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and edit/translate official documents as needed.

Lead academic curriculum development and quality assurance across programs. Guide SMEs and instructional designers, manage timelines and documentation, ensure alignment with standards and accreditation, mentor staff, deliver training, and implement innovative practices to improve student learning.

Coordinate and supervise instructional design staff to build, test, QA, and release courses in Canvas. Support course planning, track production status, coordinate LMS/tool testing, recommend hires, train new personnel, identify instructional technologies, collaborate with faculty and other departments, and assist the Instructional Design Director on projects.
