Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience implementing innovative recruitment strategies and utilizing HR technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations within the United States.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
- Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools, data analytics platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
- Demonstrated success in employer branding and diversity recruitment initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization.
