Design and own FTMO's AI development harness and agent-first SDLC; run PoCs and productionize agent-driven workflows; build AI infrastructure (model routing, sandboxes, secrets, observability); create eval loops and CI integration; raise departmental AI fluency and evaluate new models and tooling.

Serve as technical leader for corporate IT: ensure availability, performance, and security of core systems; lead design and automation initiatives; evaluate emerging technologies; mentor systems administrators; run trainings; translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders; provide technical oversight on infrastructure projects.

Own brand positioning for a specific trader segment: use market research and consumer insights to localize FTMO's global brand, ensure messaging credibility, monitor competitors and trends, set performance metrics, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to maximize business impact.

Maintain and monitor trading platforms and account configurations, support cTrader/MT4/MT5 setups, monitor routing/execution with oneZero, perform trading and risk analysis, build Excel reports and dashboards, identify automation opportunities using AI or code, and support testing of products and platform changes.
