We're looking for a Staff Corporate IT Engineer to serve as a technical leader within our IT organization - someone who keeps critical infrastructure running, mentors the team, and helps shape our technology direction.
What will you do?You'll own the reliability and security of our core systems and infrastructure while acting as a go-to technical authority across the business. Day to day, that means:
Ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical systems
Leading design sessions, retrospectives, and driving automation initiatives
Evaluating emerging technologies and contributing to FTMO's technology roadmap
Mentoring other Corporate IT Engineers and running training sessions
Translating complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
Providing technical oversight on Corporate IT infrastructure projects
6+ years in systems administration (4+ in a senior/lead capacity)
Deep knowledge of Windows & macOS, networking (TCP/IP, SSL), and virtualisation
Solid Google Workspace administration knowledge
Understanding of IAM/PAM (SailPoint) concepts and practices
Scripting & automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, Ansible)
Experience with the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP)
Excellent communication skills - proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience (Master's a plus)
Linux experience
familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)and disaster recovery planning
passion for AI and its potential to transform IT operations
Microsoft Entra ID knowledge
VDI experience (Workspot)
industry certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Professional Workspace Administrator
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and hybrid environments.
