We are looking for a Senior Brand Specialist who will take ownership of how our brand resonates within a specific market segment. Your job is to ensure that FTMO’s reputation for expertise and trust is effectively translated for these audiences. You will be the bridge between our global "umbrella" brand and the specific expectations of these traders, making sure our positioning is always credible, educational, and backed by real market data.

FTMO is a global leader in the trading industry, known for setting high standards in trader education and support. To maintain this position, we need to constantly refine how we communicate our values to different audiences.

What can you expect?
  • Become the go-to expert on the behavior, needs, and standards of specific groups of traders.

  • Use market research and consumer insights to support every branding move. No guessing, we rely on facts and real feedback.

  • Identify which parts of the FTMO brand must stay the same and which should be subtly adjusted to different types of traders and their needs.

  • You will ensure that our brand key messaging is not only correctly set up but also clearly understood and well-received by the community.

  • Act as a guardian of our global identity, making sure that any audience-specific communication still feels 100% like FTMO.

  • Work closely with Product, Product Marketing and Marketing to ensure that what we build aligns perfectly with what we say.

  • Monitor the competition and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead.

  • Set up and evaluate market data measurements to track how the brand is performing in the segment.

  • Prioritize tasks and initiatives to maximize business impact while keeping our brand positioning sharp and professional.

What do we expect from you?
  • 4+ years of experience in Brand Management or Strategic Marketing.

  • Fluent English (is a must) and Czech/Slovak.

  • Proven track record of adapting a global brand to local audiences or specific market segments.

  • Proven experience working with data and consumer insights to build brand strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn consumer data and insights into actionable brand strategies.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.

  • Creative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

  • Basic AI usage is expected. However, the ability to use complex prompting (e.g., in Claude) for deep market research, building custom workflows, or automating daily tasks is a massive advantage.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of experience in Brand Management or Strategic Marketing
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak
  • Proven track record adapting a global brand to local audiences or market segments
  • Proven experience working with data and consumer insights to build brand strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to translate consumer data into actionable strategies
