Drive national trade strategy by executing customer plans, forecasting, managing trade promotions, and analyzing sales and slotting ROI. Maintain TPM/GoSimple entries, produce monthly trade and topline reports, collaborate with RGM, Demand Planning, Brand and Finance, and support forecast and P&L cadence to maximize ROI and plan execution.

Handle incoming consumer contacts via phone, email, and mail; log complete case information; resolve concerns empathetically; support promotions, coupons, and marketing programs; maintain accurate consumer records and collaborate with Corporate Quality for continuous improvement.

Lead a Customer Supply Chain team to ensure order-to-delivery excellence, build senior customer supply chain partnerships, define scorecards and KPIs, drive efficiency and network consolidation, influence policy and programs, and manage team hiring, training, and performance.

Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes and equipment: specify equipment, design processes/layouts, run trials, manage supplier selection and capital approval, lead commissioning and start-up, troubleshoot process equipment, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with PMO/FDA/OSHA, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Drive trade promotion planning and forecasting for grocery accounts using RGM principles. Build promotional plans, model scenarios, measure ROI, maintain TPM setup, deliver forecasts and ad hoc analyses, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize trade spend and profitability.
