Assist the Division of Taxation with collection of delinquent accounts and securing delinquent returns through field and office collection activities, taxpayer interviews, financial analysis, payment arrangements, liens, offers in compromise, and enforcement actions under state and federal laws.

Assist the Division of Taxation with delinquent account collection by conducting interviews, analyzing financial statements, arranging payment agreements, determining lien rights, recommending enforcement actions and offers in compromise, advising taxpayers on tax obligations, and collecting owed monies.

Perform systems analysis, design and programming for applications; gather requirements, advise users, create project activity lists, install/test/document/maintain application packages, provide end-user support and training, and assist in developing standards. Work involves healthcare technologies and interfaces (HL7), low-code platforms and scripting/programming (Python, R, SQL, Unix, ArcGIS). Role may supervise junior staff and requires background screening for access to Federal Tax Information and E-Verify validation.

Provide paralegal support in the Criminal Division (District/Family Court): prepare and organize case files, review case materials, draft discovery, e-file via Odyssey/File & Serve and CMS, use Axon/Evidence.com, assist with trial preparation, coordinate with police and witnesses, perform legal research, and other duties as assigned.

Provide end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and software (Office 365, browsers, productivity tools). Troubleshoot hardware/software, create/manage user accounts, deploy PC images and software packages, maintain inventories, perform archiving, coordinate repairs, and handle on-call/after-hours support.

Lead the Office of Data & Technology Services to execute enterprise data and technology strategy. Oversee data governance, analytics, accountability, IT modernization, network and cybersecurity, statewide reporting, and cross-agency collaboration to improve educational outcomes and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Commissioners Office: manage complex and confidential calendars and correspondence, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, prepare meeting materials, maintain records, process fiscal paperwork, serve as liaison to stakeholders, and perform related office duties independently and collaboratively.
