Support SME sales performance through MIS, financial analytics, KPI monitoring, budgeting, variance analysis, and portfolio reporting. Prepare executive Sales Business Review presentations, resolve income reporting queries with Finance and Product teams, drive productivity initiatives, and automate MIS/reporting processes to improve sales effectiveness and reporting timeliness.

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Secretariat team; manage office supplies, attendance and filing systems; compile and dispatch board papers; coordinate logistics for board, committee and HKMA meetings; assist drafting routine resolutions and regulatory filings; maintain seal register, statutory records, control lists and license renewals to ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance, Banking Ordinance, HKMA and SFC requirements.

Perform customer due diligence (CDD) reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, analyze customer documentation to identify risks, collaborate with teams to verify data, maintain accurate records, escalate suspicious activity, and stay current on CDD regulations and best practices.

Manage vendor payment processes and ensure GST/TDS compliance under Indian tax laws. Partner with Tax team for returns and audits, handle GST notices, monitor outsourced service provider SLAs, perform balance sheet reconciliations, maintain SOPs, and support fixed asset accounting.

Outbound telemarketing to invite customers to apply for credit cards and designated products, explain benefits and application steps, handle inquiries and complaints, meet assigned KPIs and tasks, and follow bank processes.

Multiple consumer-finance roles focused on in-office phone sales and customer service: promote and process credit cards, personal loans, bill installment, mortgage retention and payroll account services; handle inquiries, follow bank procedures, work targets/KPIs, support on-site booths and account openings, provide product explanations and post-sale service, and collaborate with teams to meet sales goals.
